It's been 12 days today,
Since I last saw your face

Now, I know in the past
Things have not been too well
but I know we'll be better
than the first day we fell

Cuz with you I feel happy
when things aren't too bright
seeing your eyes open in the morning
and scratching your back at night

I just want you to know
I admire you so much
All the beautiful things
you create with your touch

I was trying really hard
to keep this thing rhyming,
but I'm just going to tell you
what I feel 

I can't wait to be with you
I want to create new memories
I want to create many more inside jokes
so we are always laughing together
and enjoying each other's company

You are my still my favorite person ever
I love everything about you
and I take you as you are 
with any little flaws

On this birthday of our relationship
I want to be a better husband
a better friend, a better soulmate,
and I want you to feel so in love with me
that your heart drowns with love

I'm so excited to see where our love will take us
where will we move? what will our kids look like?
what will our first house look like?

I want us to keep growing in love for each other
and I'm sorry that I'm such a dodohead sometimes

I want us to be in love when we are old
and you're going to be such a hot old lady

I can't wait to come back home
